Forgiveness of self is part of the process of teshuvah, just as is forgiveness of others. Yom Kippur seeks to give us the tools of inner renewal that can help lessen the burdens of the past so that we might better engage our future
How might we forgive others?
How might we forgive ourselves in readiness to step into the new year? .
A panel of therapists along with Rabbi Jonathan and Cantor Luck will engage each other and you during these moments before Yizkor.
